Ok, so I've built several of these things starting with the Thompson sub machine gun. It didn't work, but I had so much fun building it!
These things are amazing!! They are so intricate, the instructions are spot on, but pay attention, and when you see the pieces come together, and start to realize, oh!!! That's the part I'm building, hey, check this out!!! I found myself taking pictures and videos, sending them to my friends...
Anyway, I had to buy another one, and this one worked!!! And seeing it rapid fire, the whole action of the model I just built, the feeling and sound!!!!
Since then I built the AK-47, awesome!! The spaceport combo kit marble run, and the Barrett 50. Not sure these are the same brands??? ROKR / ROKRGEEK??? Sorry if not.
But these things are awesome!!!
They are so fun to build and then they work when you're done!!!!!!
So worth the money! You'd pay the same price for a toy that probably shoots better, but these puzzles look and feel so realistic, and building them is so satisfying, for lack of a better term, it makes you feel like you accomplished something, even if it's just a working, wooden, awesome rubber band gun, or even better, a gun that shoots wooden pellets clear across the room!!!!!!!
Putting it together was fun and challenging, but I'm no stranger to these projects. My only gripe was the scope because the pieces were loose. I ended up using some double-sided tape and cleaning up to hide the use of it. It made mounting the scope on the rifle a tad tough, but overall the scope had more durability with the added tape.
I purchased this for a friend after I purchased and assembled the Marble Run.
He loved how it was manufactured and the instructions were clear and came together to a solid peice.

only down site when i opend the box the wooden hammer was mouldy and a bit infested with spores might be a problem in the fatory ,uick clean up and all good no problem at all
so far I'm not fully finished but everything pops out easy enough. honestly some parts on the scope are very loose but everything fits great. my only issue so far is for the Barrel the 1st sheet seemed to not be cut right as before it linked up it split all the way down the side but thankfully there was a spare sheet & it worked as intended. overall id recommend buying from Rokrgeek models

I was amazed by the quality of the wooden model and really enjoyed the process of putting it together.
Assembling the barrel and scope is a bit difficult, but it doesn't matter. You can complete it by using reasonable strength and patience.

Good model had a hard time keeping the muzzle on the tip of it to stay together. Also for some reason it doesn't fire. Other than that was a good model
Very good build the hardest area is the barrell and cover I messed mine up but asked if you could send me another barrell and cover that was 3 weeks ago I am still
I received this as a gift and was excited to get into it. I'd done the AK-47 before and enjoyed it. Upon opening the box, I noticed the hammer was broken. I figured I could still move forward holding it above the break, so I continued. Putting the scope together, I started having my first issues with piece quality. There were a few boards where snapping the pieces out was harder than normal and they weren't perforated enough that they threatened to break sections of each piece off if I wasnt extremely careful. When I tried to add the 2nd of three "stacking" knob pieces, the rounded female inner-circle piece for the scope adjustment feature broke enough of the square-shaped male-end that the 3rd piece wouldn't even stay on (see video). I decided I could wood glue it later. Moving on to the barrel... this is where I was fully stuck. First, the cardboard tube is too long for the wooden piece (you get two) you're meant to wrap around it. Second, the first piece I tried to pop out snapped immediately. The second piece was too tight to wrap around and the connecting sections too small and fragile to hold it on place. I placed rubber bands on the ends of the tube so I could try to begin fitting the middle into place but after I had one section in and moved to the next, the neck of the piece broke making it impossible for the tube to fully wrap around snug enough to move forward. Overall, I'm pretty bummed because this looked like a fun puzzle but the quality just wasn't there.
I had multiple pieces snap during assembly including the barrel so i was not able to complete it. It would have been good if I had a few different replacement parts but I don’t want to start the process again.
